At The Laundress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium laundry and home care solutions. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
